Zane's 22nd bitrhday and more

Hello,again, to all! Today Sunday, July 27th , is Zanes birthday.  On Saturday we had a little family get together. It was fun. I did not get many pictures, because I was busy enjoying myself,a nd making dinner. But I did take a ton of pictures of the amazing cake Zanes mom made!!
For the cake to make sense, I have to tell you a little story. Zane has 2 older brothers. When they were younger zane's dad would always tell them a story about mario, luigi , and gesipi?? (I am not sure if that is how thats spelled!) Anywho, in the Mario Brothers there are only 2. But since they had three they added one more. Well every night, the story always ended the same with little gesepi(zane) getting meatballs shoved up his nose!! And one night they actually did this to poor little tiny zane( hehe) and I think they even got it on camerea. Anywho, now you know the story so the cake will make sense. My camera did not do it justice, It was amazing! It had spaghetti sauce, and noodles, all of which were soome type of jam or chocalte! It was amazing!

Some more oldies!

I came across some pictures of Hunter when he was six months old! Wow, what a difference, I just had to share.

The old, the new

I had a great day! I went and had a great time with Zane's mother, and Hunter did too! He just kept saying "Nonnie". I thought it was so cute, it was like he knew exactly who I was talking about! It became even more so clear that he knew exactly who she was, when she had to run inside to get something and he , sitting in his car seat watched and pointed out the window and kept saying"Nonnie", then he would wave. I love how big he is getting and dislike it at the same time.

We had lunch to, and at the end he threw a little tantrum...not a big one, but believe me later that day he let a big one out. Rolling on the floor, kicking screaming...full on. I always think to myself, man what am I doing wrong! Why is he doing this and why cant I make him calm down or stop! Most of his tantrums are because he does not get what he wants. Like at lunch he wanted to keep going up and down the stairs, then later in the day, he wanted something, but I could not figure it out!

So I get online, check my e-mails and what do I see from Baby Center!! A article about tantrums! How fitting. This is a little thing I copied and pasted :

It totally made sense. Hello! I fell so much better, so I thought I would share. I know alot of my fellow mommies are either going thru this or it is soon to happen! So know you are not alone! :)

Anywho, I was playing with my phone and found some old pictures of my sweet( or should I say tantrum stricken) little guy.

Here is in the car, asleep! He had just gotten a new book to add to his so tiny collection( haha, yeah right) and he loved it and then just passed out!

Here he is again with his mommy at five months, taking a picture to send to daddy while he was at work to say we missed him. Shortly after this picture, Hunter took a very large #2 that I still remember cleaning up to this day. haha

Flooded cars, car wrecks and book stores!

Hey everyone, well it has been crazy around here. My Dad came in this past weekend. Which was fun! On sunday was my Moms birthday, and that turned out to be a bummer, because her new car got flooded! :( we spent over an hour using mixing bowls to take the water out and then today! Some body hit her car! man my poor mom. Here are some fun pictures!

Hunter had his 15 month appointment today. Ek, it was fun. I had to wake him up, so he was grumpy! For the first time ever he LOVED the doctor, he even got upset when he left. He did not like the lady with the needles thats for sure! He is 23 pounds and 33 inches tall. He is a skinny tall boy according to the charts! And all is good! I forgot my actual camera but had my cell phone. In one you can see his fat lip a little bit. He is a wild man.

See the fat lip? Poor guy, right before we went in he was upset and hiding because he wanted to go thru the door ( to the doctors room) that everyone was going thru, but it was not our turn. As he was hiding, of course he hits the chair a little bit and hits his lip again, and it starts bleeding again! How did he get it to begin with, well.... ha. Lets see, being his wild self! Took a spill and I think his teeth went slice right thru his lip!

Fourth Of July Weekend....

Hello everyone, Hope you had a great 4th of July! I had to change my page, yet again. Blog page was all crazy and messed up! So hopefully this will be my last and final page! We had a lot of fun this past weekend. Zane had a four day weekend! WOO HOO! It was great. We made brownies to kick it all off! Hunter was a great help, but he kept eating the batter....












I like to climb everything!





We hung out with everyone on fourth of July. We were busy, We went swimming, went to nonnie and poppies, and then Mo and Bo's. We went and parked in dirt and watched fire works. It was only fun for like ten minutes then I wanted to play!






On Saturday we went to the park! It was so much fun, and so very hot. But, I did not care one bit. I just wanted to play! I had so much fun.










I told you I liked to climb things!

On Monday July, 7 , 2008 Zane and I had our one year anniversary. Hunter hung out at Jolie and Lola's house! And we went to our favorite restaurant! We were so bummed when we got there to find out that they took our favorite item off the daily menu and only served it on Fridays!! But our water pulled some stings and we got it any way! We were so happy and had so much fun! I enjoyed getting dressed up and going out to have a drink and a yummy steak!





Since we got to go out and have a fun time, we got Hunter his own special treat!

After Icecream, we played tag! We turned off all the lights, and had a lot of fun! Hunter got to hold the flash light and he had to try and find us! Which he always did.
